The Wellington Convention & Exhibition Centre has officially been named – Tākina meaning “to invoke”.
Construction progress update
The main ground floor concrete works on the northern side of the site is being completed today. Structural steel works is progressing well on the southern side.
At the end of next week, the diagrid sections will be delivered to site in preparation for installation the following week.
